Are you a passionate and driven Farm Operations manager? We are working with a leading fresh produce business as they look so such an individual to join their team in East Anglia.

The role:

As Farm Operations Manager you will be a vital member of the Farming team and be key in delivering a successful harvest of high-quality fresh produce year on year. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the harvesting of all crops. This includes developing and implementing the harvest strategy.
• Delivering positive KPIs.
• Managing and motivating your team to keep engagement high throughout harvest and also the rest of the year.
• All labour planning.
• Site communications, budgets and H&S.

The person:

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has worked in a similar Farm Operations or Harvest Manager role before. You will have worked with fresh produce previously and thrive in a fast paced, high pressured environment. You must also be highly adaptable to change and be able to think on your feet. Excellent communication skill are also essential.
