Fashion Department Manager - Yarnton

Salary - Dependant on experience

Full-time - 40 hours per week, alternate weekend working

Your Role:
As Fashion Department Manager, you'll be responsible for running the department day-to-day-leading your team, keeping the space fresh and inviting, and making sure every customer has a great shopping experience. You'll bring your retail experience, creativity, and business sense to boost sales and make the department stand out.


What We're Looking For:
Previous fashion retail management experience in a busy store with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
Creative visual merchandising ability with a keen eye for aesthetics and presentation.
Commercially minded, able to interpret sales reports and make decisions that drive profit.
Organised and energetic, able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a busy environment.
Hands-on team player, confident with IT systems and knowledgeable in stock control and store layout planning.
