About the role

This multifaceted role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of tree growing production, maintaining a healthy growth of all varieties, whilst upholding a strong focus on safety.

The responsibilities extend to the efficient use of equipment and records, active participation in training sessions and strategic discussions and vigilantly supervising crop development. As part of a unified team, all staff members are held to the highest standards, where they are expected to prioritise health and safety, adhere unwaveringly to company guidelines, act as passionate brand advocates, exhibit loyalty, and uphold the utmost standards of cleanliness and professionalism in their workspace.


About our client

They are a long standing integral supplier to the trade. Providing the finest stock together to Local Authorities, Landscape Contractors, Landscape Architects and Garden Designers.

They have been a success story for almost 70 years and today, over 1 million plants are grown in the nursery. They grow a very wide variety of trees, shrubs, herbaceous perennials, roses, grasses and conifers plus a comprehensive range of specimens.
