About the Role

As Food Hall Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the department, bringing creativity, organisation, and commercial awareness to everything you do.

You'll:

• Oversee the smooth operation of the farm shop, ensuring it's always well-presented and fully stocked.
• Work closely with local and regional suppliers, sourcing new and exciting products that reflect the seasons.
• Create inspiring displays that showcase produce beautifully and encourage customers to try something new.
• Keep an eye on performance, stock levels, and margins, finding smart ways to drive sales and reduce waste.
• Lead and support a small, friendly team - helping them grow in confidence and deliver excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll have experience in farm shop, deli, or food retail management, with a good eye for detail and a genuine love for food and people. You'll bring:

• A commercial mindset, with the ability to manage budgets, stock, and seasonal ranges effectively.
• A creative touch when it comes to displays, presentation, and product selection.
• Confidence in building relationships with local suppliers and discovering new products.
• Natural leadership skills - approachable, supportive, and inspiring to work with.
