About the Role:

This technical role will focus on driving the quality and challenging the status quo for the business, with the aim of becoming the world's most sustainable major retailer. You will work very closely with suppliers to ensure all products are made safely and to the required technical standards while working closely with the category teams to develop innovative products and drive the strategy of the business unit.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this technical role will have a proven track record in a fresh produce technical role within fresh produce/food manufacturing, ideally, you will have a relevant food degree, have the ability to communicate at all levels, and build excellent working relationships. You will have extensive industry experience across a range of fresh produce product categories.

You will be passionate about food and innovation and want to work for a leading retailer.
