Garden Centre Hardy Plants Section Leader

Our client is a progressive and dynamic group of garden centres, based country wide. They are seeking to add to their highly skilled team by recruiting an expert in hardy plants for their Plantarea.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the Plantarea as a Hardy Plants Section Head.
Working with the Plant Manager to order and display the Plantarea stock.
Supervising the departmental staff
Maintaining excellent customer service

The IDEAL person will possess:
Excellent plant knowledge
Developed retail and customer service skills
Excellent supervision skills preferably within a retail environment.
