If you've managed a garden centre before, you know the drill: lead the team, drive sales, keep customers happy, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your high standards make it happen.

You'll be based at one of our clients' garden centres in Hertfordshire, part of one of the UK's largest family-owned garden centre groups. Each site has its own personality, and you'll be able to make an impact while maintaining the centre's high standards.

What the role looks like day to day:

• Coaching your team and planning for peak trading
• Being hands-on on the shop floor to ensure customers have an exceptional experience
• Managing standards, stock, and processes
• Driving sales, KPIs, and overall performance

No two days are the same - and that's just how you like it.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in garden retail, or a similar retail background
• A knack for leading and motivating people
• Commercial awareness and a focus on results
• Passion for creating a positive, well-run environment
