We want to hear from you if you're an ambitious graduate Surveyor with a diverse range of rural practice. We are looking for driven candidates who are capable of skilled negotiation, you'll be a great networker and credible in all matters concerning agricultural business. As a Rural Surveyor you will be working closely with Partners and experienced Surveyors, delivering expert advice on all manner of rural matters. The main tasks will include:

The Role:

Regular contact with your clients, building and maintain relationships and using your expertise to enable land owners to make informed business decisions.

Sale, purchase and valuation of farmland, farms and estates for a variety of purposes.

Spotting purchasing opportunities

The Candidate:

Have a RICS accredited degree - rural practice specialisation.

Have an interest and knowledge in Rural Practice and Agricultural affairs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possess a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture.

Strong negotiation skills
