A successful firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graduate or Junior Rural Surveyor to join the team based in Bedfordshire

Responsibilities will include a diverse range of rural professional work which will include landlord and tenant matters, grant funding, valuations, estate management, Basic Payment Scheme and Countrywide Stewardship Scheme, land development, compulsory purchase matters and rights of way and access.

Candidate

MRICS accredited degree
Ambitious and focused
Strong ties or hands on experience of farming or rural land management
Adaptable with can do attitude
Organised with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and client service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to network and obtain good working relationships
