Our client is currently going from strength to strength and is working through a period of expanding over the east of England.

About the Job

You will be responsible for mutiple sites and will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing a strategies, ensuring the business and its teams are continuously progressing to meet the company's vision. Having an understanding of Recruitment and developing companywide training will also be key for this role.
