This role can be based out of either the London or Bicester office.

What does the role entail?

• Lead and Strategize: Develop and implement robust procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing of products worldwide.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Cross-Departmental Impact: Collaborate with diverse teams, from Operations to Product Management, to align procurement goals and support organizational success.
• Performance Excellence: Set and track ambitious performance metrics, continually pushing the envelope for procurement excellence.
• Innovative Sourcing: Develop groundbreaking supplier sourcing strategies and mentor your team
• New Product Innovator: Be the go-to procurement expert for the New Products Development team, integrating procurement insights into our latest innovations.

Salary

£120,000pa - £150,000pa + Exec Package
