The Role
Working on one of their 4 sites, you will be maintaining glasshouse environments, including regular crop walks and recording data as appropriate.
You will be mixing and applying feeds, maintaining moisture levels and managing irrigation.
You'll be working with a host of experienced growers who have years of knowledge, so there's plenty of people to learn from.

You
You'll have already worked in a commercial nursery, so will know that this is a hands-on role. You'll understand the basics of growing in a glasshouse, but be keen to learn and develop more.
Ideally you will have your PA1 and PA6, but if not they are happy to put you through these.
You will understand irrigation, pest and disease and crop protection methods and be willing to learn new things.

The Company
They are a specialist producer of plants such as clematis climbers, fuchsias and shrubs.
Growing more than 5 million plants over 15 acres of glasshouse and polytunnels, they are now looking for someone to join their team.
They have 4 sites across Spalding and Boston, which include a dedicated propagation unit.
