About our client

Our client is an Independent Garden Centre who have a large focus on the expansion of not only the Garden Centre itself but the Restaurant side of the centre as well. They have been around for 30 years and they have already been focussing on refurbishment as they aim to offer their clients only the best facilities in all departments.

About the job

Within this role, you will be in the kitchen organising meals from breakfast through to Lunch with finishes at 4pm. You will have input on the operation within the restaurant, included in this is having your input on the menu. Very sociable hours starting at 8 o'clock and finishing at 4:30pm so plenty of work-life balance is available, no evening work required!

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have a number of years as a chef behind them, preferably with some management experience in there of leading a team, ideally a team of chefs. Be confident in suggesting menu ideas and then implementing those ideas while making sure each dish is delivered to high quality.
