What's the role all about?

Coriander, mint, parsley, thyme, and tarragon… just a few of the crops that this business provides to some of the UK's leading retailers and foodservice companies.

Day to day you will be responsible for overseeing the outdoor production of these crops across 120Ha. This will include the quality and the distribution

You will also manage a team of 3 farm workers, ensuring that they follow the best practices and standards for sustainable farming. As with any role in the industry, the management responsibility will increase during peak season.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, giving you the opportunity for a fuller business overview

With an expanding portfolio of crops and customers, you will be leading projects for growth and innovation. The business already has plans to double their production space, which is a great project for you to get your teeth into.

You will be steering the ship in crop enhancement to enable continued business success.

You will contribute to the development and innovation of new products and services.
