What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Head Of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of our four food production sites across the UK. You will be responsible for all engineering aspects of the business, and you will report to the National Engineering Manager.
You will manage the site maintenance teams, equipment, and operational processes. You will ensure that all equipment is safe and of high quality and that the site maintenance teams follow safe working practices.
You'll also be involved in the planning and delivery of site projects. Ensuring that they are scoped out correctly and delivered safely. You will work closely with the designated Project Manager, and provide technical input and guidance.
You will ensure that the computerised maintenance package at each location is fully utilised for a suitable PPM schedule and OEM recommendations.
