Head of Operations | Fresh Produce

Due to recent success and business growth, this well-established fresh produce supplier is looking to increase its operational management and is looking for an experienced Head of Operations / Manager. You will support the MD in all aspects of leadership and production. They are keen to get someone on board who can promote an environment that challenges the existing processes and strives for excellence through continuous improvement and flexibility.

As a long-running and efficient business, they are looking to hire an equally competent and enthusiastic individual to fill this job. You will be managing and motivating the team, as well as monitoring team and company production targets.

In order to be considered for this job you will have a proven track record managing and motivating a team within a fresh produce / food / agricultural environment supplying the retail sector.

Given the fast-paced nature of this role, you must be able to think on your feet and be a good problem-solver. Strong leadership skills are also necessary to be successful in this production role, as well as the ability to motivate your team to achieve the best possible results.
