About Our Client

Our client is a highly regarded fresh produce business who have been leading the way in the industry for a number of years. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head of Planning to lead and manage all planning functions across the group.

About the Job

You will be a high calibre candidate able to develop and provide clear leadership and vision to the department as well as nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders inside the business and those outside i.e. customers and growers. You will be fully responsible for overseeing Planning Governance to optimise and increase sales to the group.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful you will have extensive Planning and Supply Chain expertise within the food or fresh produce sector and be capable of building and leading an entire department. It is vital that you are extremely commercially aware, entrepreneurial and a natural influencer.
