About Our Client

Our client is a vertically integrated business who has grown substantially over the last 5 years and plans to continue this growth. They supply high quality frozen products into their own shops and independent stores.

About the Job

Reporting into the COO you will lead the technical operations team over 3 sites ensuring that food safety and due diligence are abided too at all times. You will ensure that all products are produced in line with codes of practice and compliant with all technical requirements. You will lead your team's development and drive the values of the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a food technology/food science graduate with a wealth of technical experience within food manufacturing. You will have a proven track record of working in a Technical Manager position. Ideally, you will have experience in supplying branded high-end products. You will be a strong leader and have experience of managing a team. You will have a HACCP and Food safety qualification, along with an understanding of FSSC22000 or BRC.
