* NEBOSH is a requirement from the business with other qualifications being desirable.
* Previous experience in a hands-on H&S role within a manufacturing environment is crucial.
* Experience of Maintaining systems for ISO 45001 compliance will prove advantageous
* A positive attitude and eagerness to set the standard for the business will come from a paramount passion for your role.
* The ability to communicate effectively with the team and motivate them to achieve this new level of standards.
