Recently left the army and looking for your first role outside the Forces? Worked on HGVs, green vehicles, tanks, or auxiliary vehicles?

One of the East-Midlands largest logistics firms are currently looking for an HGV mechanic. The business specialises in the shipment of fresh produce for some of the largest supermarkets and food manufacturers in the UK.

The company currently has a fleet of over 1400 DAF trucks and over 2200 trailer units across 17 locations and warehouses in the UK and mainland Europe.

This will involve

• Routine service and maintenance checks
• Fault finding on broken down vehicles
• Vehicle diagnostics
• Preparation of vehicles for VOSA testing

Ideally you will have worked on HGVs however, they would be happy to look at people with experience working on PSVs, green vehicles, tanks, or auxiliary vehicles.
