Home Department Manager | Isle of Wight
Salary: DOE
If you take pride in beautifully merchandised spaces and retail standards done properly, this could be the role you've been waiting for.
You'll be managing the Home Department at a high-quality garden retail business where presentation, range, and commercial performance genuinely matter. This is a role for someone who enjoys the finer details - understanding what sells, maintaining excellent availability, and making sure the department always reflects the quality customers expect.
You'll spend your time planning and controlling stock, reviewing performance, and refining layouts to drive sales. Some days that means working through figures and planning ahead, other days it's hands-on: moving product, elevating displays, and supporting your team to deliver consistently high standards across the department.
You'll be based at our client's Isle of Wight centre, working within a structured retail environment that values strong merchandising and ownership at department level. There's support around you, but you'll be trusted to run your area properly and make informed commercial decisions.
