What will I be doing?
As Home Department Supervisor, you'll support the smooth day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the home department. This includes homeware, kitchenware, and decorative table toppers.
You'll play a hands-on role in supporting the creation of inspiring, sales-driving displays, maintaining high retail and visual standards, assisting with team support and daily departmental operations, and ensuring customers receive excellent service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll bring solid retail experience and a genuine passion for homeware and customer engagement. You'll enjoy sharing product knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a commercially focused department.
Strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for merchandising will help you thrive in this role. Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial, but enthusiasm and potential are just as important.
