We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a leading horticultural client who is based in East Anglia. This dynamic and expanding family business are looking for an outstanding people person who can manage and inspire their teams to reach KPI's set, can manage the training and development of staff including their apprenticeships, as well as take care of day-to-day operations including health & safety, procurement, maintenance etc.

For the right person, they are happy to offer a generous package including a salary of £55k - £65k. They want a really strong people person and are happy to look at operations managers from growing or garden centre sectors.
