What will I be doing?

This role is not going to be like a Horticulture Manager anywhere else in the industry, we mean it when we say no two days are the same - but that's what you get in such a large company.

You will manage a team of 13 in the peak seasons and less in the off-season.

You'll already be working in the retail space. You might be a manager who needs a bigger challenge or a manager who wants to take a step into the Horticulture world, either way, we want to hear from you.

If you've got the Horticulture experience that's great. If you don't, we'll train you.
