Ready to take on a new challenge in horticulture but not sure how?

You have already worked within retail horticulture, and you have a true passion but want to develop yourself further, possibly onto the management ladder. You are trying to find a new role that will give you the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

What will you be doing?

You will report to the Planteria Manager, someone with years of experience and the time to further develop you. You will assist with the day-to-day operation of the plant area, helping to create eye-catching and inspirational displays, making sure all plants are kept in the best possible condition, taking in plant deliveries, and processing stock. In the springtime, there will also be the opportunity to help with potting up perennial and bedding plants, as well as putting together a selection of baskets and planters. Outside of the day-to-day tasks, you will assist customers with questions and queries, providing the best customer service you can.
