We are working with a leading fresh produce grower and packer, that packs a variety of fruit for UK retailers. They are a fantastic business and are certainly expanding, so it is an exciting time to join the team.

About the Job

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role includes: acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR Queries, business Partnering with managers in relation to the administration of the Mitrefinch System and Annualised Hours reconciliation, day to day HR Responsibilities including various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary and Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made.

The Ideal Candidate

You will ideally be CIPD qualified as well as experienced within the food or FMCG industry. Strong appreciation of our business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges and proven track record of communicating with individuals on all levels.
