About Our Client

Our client is a leading food manufacture of branded and non-branded products, with sites across the whole of the UK. They are looking to recruit a HR & HSE Officer to support the site Management Team and HRBP at the Glasgow Site to support the delivery of the Site Strategy and People Strategy

About the Job

This is a varied generalist role with the addition of health & safety. As HR & HSE Officer will be working closely with the site HRBP on a range of projects and initiatives, you will cover off employee relations, recruitment & selections along with learning & development for the site.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a proven track record of working in a HR position within a FMCG business, it would be an advantage if this was food but it isn't a must-have, ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards it. You will have good knowledge of employment law, health & safety in the workplace, and strive to make the business the best place to work.
