HSE Officer | Chilled Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic chilled manufacturing business with an excellent reputation for producing a superb standard of product.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Health Safety and Environment Officer with expertise to implement and promote a strong Health and Safety culture on site as well as implementing and maintaining continuous improvement projects with the Operations team. They are looking for a professional with excellent communication ability with natural people skills to support and influence a wide range of people.

You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, being the dedicated provision on site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioural aspects of Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement.

You will work closely with the Senior Management team which will require you to have superb communication. It is essential that you have a proven track record of being a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor within a fresh food or food manufacturing environment and possess your NEBOSH certification and an Environmental qualification or similar.
