Interim Operations Manager | Fresh Produce

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Senior Management team within a successful and well-respected Fresh Produce Business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.

They are looking for a highly skilled Interim Operations specialist to initially at least, carry out an operational review on the business. Looking at facility, procedures, processes and protocols specifically tasked to develop strategy to deliver quality to the customer. - there is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager with a proven track record of identifying improvements and cost reductions across a business. It is essential that you come from the fresh produce sector.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to work closely with an Executive Board.
