Interim Site Operations Manager | Fresh Produce

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Operations team within a successful and well-respected fresh produce business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Interim Site Operations Manager to lead and oversee a busy facility on a 3-month interim contract - there is potential for this contract to continue every year for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for all fresh site operations, leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging values. A focus on delivering continuous improvement within all production areas of the fresh division whilst ultimately meeting production requirements on time and in full.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager coming from the fresh produce sector interested in working on an interim basis.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your workload accordingly.
