About Our Client
Our client is a leading supplier own label fresh food products, supplying most of the major retailers. They pride themselves on being able to operate at a pace that their competitors struggle with, which allows them to be very innovative and present and implement ideas faster than their competition. They import many of their products from established suppliers and business partners.

About the Role
This role will support the Commercial Manager with the day-to-day running, whilst managing some of their smaller accounts. You will utilise your experience with retailer systems and data to support the delivery of account growth. You will be comfortable speaking with key customers and have strong rapport building skills. Your interest in the food industry will help you offer insight to data and make commercial decisions to better serve the customers and consumers.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant degree and will have 1-2 years experience in supplying one of the retailers with a similar food category. You will be highly organised and possess a pro-active and curious mind. Your Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills will be on point to analyse data and present your findings to internal and external stakeholders. You will have a can-do attitude and will want to progress your career.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you will need to possess relevant experience in supplying the major UK retailers and have knowledge of the different systems they use. Excel skills are a must too. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to get stuck into projects and be a team player.
