About the Client

They grow a variety of plants on site as well as offering alternative products using more unusual traded plants. About the Role

The candidate will be working with the account management team, focusing on the retail side of the business. They will be tasked with looking after a range of accounts, working closer with the buyers to maximise potential and drive sales. The job will involve working across the whole of the client's range.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and previous experience in the horticulture industry. Major retail experience would be desired too. A keen eye to detail and can-do attitude is a must alongside the ability to study data on a range of systems. The candidate will be expected to embrace the challenge to grow within the business and deliver strong results.
