What Will I Be Doing?

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, focusing primarily on seed treatment within the cereal seed sector. You will be a critical part of the sales and business development team, driving growth and fostering relationships with key clients, which include Seed Houses.

What Do I Need?

  • Seed Treatment Expertise - You will be the go-to authority on cereal seed treatment within the organisation so understanding the nuances of various seed treatment products and their applications are vital.
  • Client Relationship Management - Cultivating strong and lasting relationships is something you must posses in order to thrive in this role.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: The ability to negotiate contracts pricing and terms to maximise revenue well.

Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business or experience in a similar role for 5+ years and proven experience as an account manager in the agriculture.
