About the Job
In this role you will be working closely with the environmental team in London and topic leads to identify the land required for survey. Coordinate land owner contact schedules using the Land Access procedure; liaise with landowners/ land agents to secure land access on dates specified.
The role will include liaising with environmental teams and surveyors, ensuring preparations are in place as well as correct and safe when undertaking surveys. In this role you will report on survey issues, cancellation and successful surveys to Land Access Manager as well as update survey databases.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and able to understand organisations and structures. The candidate will be personable and able to form relationships with different technical disciplines and project managers. The ability to be agile and deal with constantly changing and evolving tasks. It is key that the candidate is organised, good at planning, with an understanding of process and required steps to meet deadlines. An overall good team player who enjoys collaborations and working to achieve desired outcome. Competency with office software.
It would be desirable for the candidate to have an understanding of ecology survey types, environmental survey requirements and health and safety procedures relating to environmental surveys but not essential.
