About the Job

My client is looking for a passionate Planner to join a great group of Logistics experts on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with FMCG experience looking to take the next step into a rewarding role with a real-life sense of achievement.

As a Logistics Planner, your duties will range from, planning the timely movement of short shelf-life products to the customers this business seals with within the Food sector.

Whilst completing the main duties you could be asked to resolve any Daily logistics issues in conjunction with hauliers and ensure that handover reports are formulated and published to the relevant Logistics Management team.

The Ideal candidate

Happy to work independently and within teams

Previous experience with dealing with 3PL / 4PL logistics providers.

Experience in managing frozen and short shelf-life chilled food operations.

Customer-facing experience and proactive resolution of issues.
