Maintenance Engineer
Leading Innovative Fresh Produce & Farming Operation
Lincolnshire
£45,000 - £50,000 | Permanent | 45 hours per week

The role - genuinely varied, genuinely impactful

  • Hands-on maintenance, fault-finding and optimisation of state-of-the-art equipment: automated irrigation networks, precision climate-controlled growing environments, high-speed crop handling and packing lines, plus on-site renewable energy systems.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects that directly affect output, efficiency and sustainability.
  • Full ownership of key mechanical systems across multiple modern sites.
  • Collaborating with operations and agronomy teams in a fast-moving, results-focused environment.
