Management Accountant | Linton

I'm excited to be working with a fantastic food business with a global presence and our client is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join their team in Linton. You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the site achieves its objectives through providing financial insights and ensuring accurate and timely financial information and support the Site Accountant.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and forecasts, providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly journals, with reconciliation to weeklies.
• Complete detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the site accountant and be the first point of contact for all site queries.

Required

• Professional accounting qualification
• Ideally experience in the food manufacturing sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

This is a fully on-site based role.
