The Role

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans across all business units under the management of the Marketing & Communications Manager. To include:
    • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
    • Active involvement in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc)
    • Day to day website management using CMS
    • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts and report back against agreed KPI's
  • Work closely with agencies to develop online and offline content
  • Support sales teams in a range of marketing activities and develop briefs that translate technical data/information with external agencies
  • Create great content to drive engagement through digital channels, including video, press releases, etc
  • Ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of company brand guidelines in all activities
  • Manage the proofing and sign-off process for all communications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Previous experience working at similar level or someone with significant experience as a Marketing Assistant looking for the next career step
  • Experience of simultaneously implementing a wide variety of marketing deliverables
  • Experience of successfully delivering/supporting social media campaigns
  • Experience coordinating production of marketing collateral
  • Digital content creation, such as video
  • Experience of briefing events and marketing materials
  • Able to apply a range of marketing techniques and skills
  • Communication, collaboration and negotiation skills

  • This role requires some business travel in the UK and occasional travel within Europe which could occur outside standing working hours. Requires a full, clean driving license.
