About the Client

This company is lined up for rapid growth in supplying quality ingredients to customers in the food box and manufacturers sector. It has a long heritage in the procurement of quality foods. They now want to deliver a step change in our communication with customers, increase awareness of the brand and provide additional support to our commercial team to deliver our ambitious growth plans.

About the Role

The Key responsibility will to be to lead and deliver the Marketing strategy to increase our brand awareness and growth potential with new and existing customers. Along with sticking to the companies' values, Innovation, Quality, Customer Service, External and Internal relationships. You will report into the Commercial Director and work with the commercial team.

The Ideal Candidate

To be right for this role you will need experience in a marketing role with the food industry and show you can deliver a step change in strategies. You will need to be able to thrive in fast paced and driven environment and be able to work under pressure of deadlines. A strong communicator with good personal skills is also important.
