The Job
Keep the plant running. Fix stuff when it breaks. Maintain machines so they don't break in the first place. Support projects that make the site work better. Work with a proper engineering team that knows their stuff.

You'll Do

• Mechanical support across pumps, valves, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, and some electrical

• Diagnose faults fast and get them sorted

• Help with improvement projects and equipment upgrades

• Coach colleagues so they don't break things again

You'll Have

• Completed apprenticeship

• Engineering quals (BTEC, ONC, HNC, or similar)

• Some production/FMCG experience

• Bench fitting, TIG welding, lathe work

• Good understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, and electrical systems

• Methodical fault-finder
