Salary - Between £30,000 and £40,000 + car + bonus - dependent on experience.

About Our Client:-
We are currently working with a well-regarded, multi-faceted business who supply into the Horticultural and Fresh Produce sectors. The main business is based in a very central location, and due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking for a home based Key Account Manager to help them with their varied portfolio of customers.

About the Job:-
This is a great opportunity to work closely with the senior team and help drive the business forward. You will be working closely with some of their bigger customers, ensuring that their needs are managed effectively.
There will be a variety of projects that you will be running for your customers in order to try and improve your offering.
Working closely with the technical teams to continuously improve the effectiveness of the offering and improve the delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:-
You will be commercially focussed but possess a good awareness of the other areas involved, including technical.
Current experience within a horticultural or fresh produce business will be important
You will be a good self-starter and won't need someone pushing you to get things done. You will need to be able to work well autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
Good presentation and communication skills will be essential. You will be dealing with some of the businesses largest accounts so this will have a big impact.
