National Sales Manager | Home based
We are currently working with an agro-chemical business that market a cutting-edge compound which has been proven year on year in trials. This compound has now been adapted to the Garden & Horticultural sector with a new brand and is providing the same benefits to a different sector across a range of products. We are looking for someone to join their team and lead the sales of this product into the Garden & Horticulture sector up and down the UK.
Working closely with the Directors and the Development team you will begin championing this product to plant and garden centre growers across the UK, utilising its technology as a very unique selling point. You will be building long term and lasting relationships with the businesses and managing some existing accounts.
Confidently selling across a range of products you will begin to put together a network of businesses that will become long term customers whilst constantly investigating leads and attending events to continue the growth of these products across the sector.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Ideally educated to a degree level with 3-5 years sales experience under their belt. Preferably in the Garden & Leisure or ag/hort chemical sector.
Experience selling to garden centres or plant/horticultural growers.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team when necessary.
The ability and self belief to take this market on and make it your own knowing you have a quality product behind you.
