New Customer Executive | Agribusiness Sales
We are working with a brilliant and innovative start up business that is looking to completely transform profitability and performance across the agriculture and agribusiness sectors. This business is heavily invested in technology and software development in order to redesign management tools making them simple, easy and efficient to use across the sector and they are looking for a Customer Exec to join their team and help grow their client base.
This role will see you helping establish and push the business to increase their current client base and bring new farmers to their business. Alongside bringing new business in, you will be nurturing the existing relationships that the business has, which in turn will shape the future of the business and the service it provides.
Enquiries come in thick and fast and can be from all over the UK; however most are in the East Anglia area and will require travel to potential clients.
If you want to join this energetic and modern agribusiness in this role, we are looking for the following:
A really outgoing, enthusiastic, extroverted personality. Someone who gets on well with people and building rapport and relationships comes naturally.
Experience in direct sales to farmers (ideally 2-3+ years). The package available is commensurate with level of experience. With this experience you will have the ability to manage your own pipeline and keep a steady flow of customers to keep you busy.
You are happy taking clients through the entire process from first contact to regularly using the product. Also maintaining your relationship with the client throughout to ensure that they are getting the best out of the product.
An interest in technology and the impact that improvements in technology can have on the agriculture sector.
This role is truly a break from traditional sales roles and for the right person there is a strong basic salary and commission structure available, along with stock options and the opportunity to manage your own time and working hours.
