This well-known global food manufacturer is looking for a Nights Operations Shift Coordinator to oversee the entire production on shift. They are looking for someone to optimise all aspects of the production of their products, including management of materials and labour. They are keen to get someone on board who can promote an environment that challenges the existing processes and strives for excellence through continuous improvement and flexibility.

Reporting into the Shift Operations Manager, you will be managing and motivating the team, as well as monitoring team and company targets. You will be responsible for ensuring the operation complies with all legislative and ethical standards and you will contribute to the delivery of the manufacturing strategy for the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
In order to be considered for this job you will have a proven track record managing and motivating a team within a food manufacturing environment. It is also highly desirable that you have had some experience of working with and driving Lean and CI initiatives.
Given the fast-paced nature of this role, you must be able to think on your feet and be a good problem-solver. Strong leadership skills are also necessary to be successful in this role, as well as the ability to motivate your team to achieve the best possible results.
