Are you passionate about driving innovation and ensuring projects are executed flawlessly? We are seeking an NPD Coordinator to collaborate with the Senior Innovations Manager & NPD Manager on exciting NPD projects. Your role will be crucial in meeting key deadlines and fostering effective communication throughout the NPD process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NPD accounts and provide support across additional accounts as needed.
• Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to manage customer briefs and tenders effectively.
• Coordinate concept to launch processes on key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer teams.
• Assist in sourcing raw materials, coordinating sampling, and conducting pre-production trials.
• Maintain NPD project trackers and attend weekly NPD meetings.
• Support departmental continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Working knowledge of retailer requirements for sample submissions.
• Experience with Critical Pathway/Concept to Launch processes.
• HACCP Level 2 certification (highly advantageous).
• Minimum 1 year experience in a NPD role previously for a food business
• Full driving licence and car
• Strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
