About our Client:
We are working with one of the UK's leading food manufacturing businesses, supplying all major food retailers within the UK with a wide range of quality products to entice the customer.

About the Job:
This role reports into a Senior NPD Manager and you will be responsible for all NPD / EPD for your customer, you will work with the Senior NPD Manager setting the strategy for your customer, and will work with a specific retailer to ensure the business is first to market with new innovation. You will manage the whole development process from concept through to post launch review. There is a small development team to support you in this position.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have experience of working in a FMCG business, within a similar role within NPD. You will have excellent project management skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have experience of presenting your NPD ideas to retail customers and have a passion for the food development.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role you must have experience of working within a senior NPD role within food, you must be a self-starter, and be able to work on your own initiative. This is a customer facing position so previous experience of presenting to retailers is required. The business is fast paced and you will be required to meet the needs of the business as and when required.
