About the Role

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual? Our client in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator who can also take on some responsibilities as a Service Coordinator. This is an exciting office-based role that offers personal development and career growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle general invoices and customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • File financial and other business documents accurately.
  • Assist in coordinating services and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Regularly communicate with the senior leadership team, providing updates and seeking guidance as needed.
  • Support with service contract renewals and contractor contract renewals.
  • Monitor and edit engineer time bookings on a weekly basis for KPIs, retrieve KPI details and information for targets.
  • Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and update internal Health and Safety documentation.


  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
  • Adaptable to various tasks and able to handle a bit of everything.
  • Experience in the food industry or engineering sector is a plus, but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of accountancy software such as Sage.


Peterborough, office based role

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
