Office Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Coordinator to support their busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, with a broad range of responsibilities spanning office administration and HR support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the manufacturing sector and be comfortable working in a demanding and constantly evolving setting.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, including ordering stationery and managing office supplies.
Support HR administrative tasks such as recruitment, issuing contracts to new starters
Support with completing pre-qualification questionnaires, maintaining internal Health & Safety documentation, and recording accidents and near misses.
Assist with company vehicle fleet administration, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
Support with invoice queries.
Provide general administrative support across departments.
Required
Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
