Office Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Coordinator to support their busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, with a broad range of responsibilities spanning office administration and HR support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the manufacturing sector and be comfortable working in a demanding and constantly evolving setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, including ordering stationery and managing office supplies.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as recruitment, issuing contracts to new starters
- Support with completing pre-qualification questionnaires, maintaining internal Health & Safety documentation, and recording accidents and near misses.
- Assist with company vehicle fleet administration, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
- Support with invoice queries.
- Provide general administrative support across departments.
Required
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
