You have already worked within seasonal departments, and you have a true passion, but want to develop yourself further both personally and professionally. You are trying to find yourself somewhere that will develop your skills and give you the time to learn even more.

What will you be doing?

You will report directly to the Garden Centre Manager, managing your own department and team within the Christmas and Outdoor Leisure department. Working on a seasonal basis and always thinking about what's around the corner.

You will make sure that all staff in your department are aware of the high standards of the Garden Centre and make sure they pass that on with customer service skills as well.

Where will you be doing it?

You will be doing this job in an extremely successful family-run Garden Centre that thrives off not only local customers but travelling ones as well. A centre that covers almost everything you're looking for within a Garden Centre on both the retail front and the plants front as well as the restaurant on site.
