Packhouse Section Manager (Maternity Cover) | Fresh Produce

A dynamic and ever-expanding business, who supply fresh produce into the retail sector, are looking for an energetic and highly capable Packhouse Section Manager to manage the day-to-day and efficient operation of a large section of the packhouse. This role is to cover a maternity leave.

You will drive production lines to fulfil daily customer orders in the most cost-effective way, whilst meeting their specifications, ensuring efficient packing operation and maintaining H&S requirements on a day-to-day basis.

With this in mind, you will be a role model to those around you with a can-do attitude and a passion for your work. You will ensure standards in safety and quality are adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and development of all employees. You will lead, coach and mentor the team to deliver and achieve daily KPI's to ensure daily customer orders are met and are of the highest of standards.
